Chatbot workspace menu
When you open a chatbot you get a menu bar with seven tabs. Here's what each one does and what you can get done in it — click any card to read the full guide.
Conversations
View chatsEvery chat your chatbot has had with real visitors, with the full message history of each session.
What you can do
- →Filter by date, lead status, or source
- →Open a session to read the full chat history
- →Generate a short AI summary of the conversation
- →Email the full transcript to the customer
- →Add private internal notes (never shown to the AI or customer)
- →Export captured leads as CSV
Contacts
View leadsEvery visitor who shared their details — name, email, phone — collected automatically from your chats.
What you can do
- →See each lead with whatever they shared
- →Search by name, email, or phone
- →Click a contact to open its full conversation
- →Export all contacts to CSV for your CRM
Channels
External channelsConnect Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack so visitors can chat through their own apps using the same trained knowledge base.
What you can do
- →Paste provider credentials and click Connect (validated live)
- →Telegram works out of the box; webhook is auto-registered
- →Channel chats run the same AI flow and use credits the same way
- →All channel chats also appear in your Conversations tab
Functions
AI actionsLet the assistant call your own REST API mid-conversation — look up an order, push a lead to your CRM, schedule a callback — and answer using the live result.
What you can do
- →Set a shared base URL and an auth header (stored encrypted)
- →Add actions with a name, description, path, method, and parameters
- →The AI decides when to call one based on its description
- →Choose triggers: always / on user request / after lead / on handoff
Appointments
SchedulingA built-in scheduler — the assistant offers your free time slots and books appointments during a chat. No external calendar required.
What you can do
- →Set timezone, slot length, minimum notice, and bookable window
- →Enable each weekday and set its hours
- →The bot offers free slots and books once the visitor picks one
- →Confirmation emails go to both the visitor and you
- →See upcoming appointments on the tab
FAQs
KnowledgeGenerate question/answer pairs from your knowledge base, edit them, and promote the good ones into training.
What you can do
- →Generate FAQ drafts from your indexed content
- →Add, edit, or delete pairs inline
- →Promote a FAQ to training so the AI uses it when answering
- →Editing a promoted FAQ re-embeds it automatically
Analytics
View dataTrack how your chatbot is performing — conversations, messages, leads captured, and the questions it couldn't answer.
What you can do
- →See total conversations, messages, and leads
- →Check response accuracy (source-matched vs fallback)
- →Read the knowledge gap report to find what to add
- →Monitor your credit balance and usage trend
