Conversations

View full chat logs, filter by session, email transcripts, add internal notes, and export leads from the Conversations tab.

Viewing conversations

The Conversations tab shows every chat session your chatbot has had with real visitors. Click any session to see the full message history.

  • Filter by date, lead status, or source
  • Click a session to see full chat history
  • View lead details inline (name, email, phone)
  • See which source pages were referenced in answers

AI Conversation Summary

Click 'Generate AI summary' in the details panel to get a 2-3 sentence overview of the visitor's goal and the resolution outcome, generated dynamically by Gemini.

💡Generating summaries does not count against your RAG message credits.

Email the transcript to the customer

Use 'Email customer' in a conversation to send the visitor a copy of the full chat transcript. Available when the conversation captured the visitor's email; uses your configured email sender.

💡If no email was captured, the button is disabled.

Internal notes (admin only)

Add private notes to a conversation from the details panel. Notes are visible only to your team in the dashboard — they are never shown to the customer and are never fed to the AI.

Visitor details

The details panel shows the session ID plus the visitor's IP address and country when available. IP/country are captured on new conversations; country relies on geo headers from your CDN/proxy.

Leads

When a visitor submits their contact details through the lead capture flow, the conversation is marked as a lead. You can view, filter, and export leads from the Conversations view.

  • Filter conversations to 'Leads only'
  • Export leads as CSV
  • Push leads to CRM via webhook (Growth plan)

Session continuity

The widget tracks sessions using a session ID stored in the visitor's browser. Returning visitors within the same browser session continue from their last conversation.
