Dashboard metrics

The Analytics dashboard shows key metrics across all your chatbots and individual chatbot performance.

  • Total conversations
  • Total messages
  • Total leads captured
  • Active chatbots
  • Response accuracy (source-matched vs fallback)

Knowledge gap report

The knowledge gap report shows questions the chatbot couldn't answer well. Use these to add manual Q&A entries and improve accuracy over time.

Credit usage

Monitor your credit balance and usage trend from the Analytics view. Each AI reply deducts 1 credit from your account balance.
