Webhooks
AskGPT can send a POST request to your webhook URL when specific events occur — such as a new lead being captured or a human handoff being requested.

REST API
The REST API (available on Growth plan and above) lets you read conversations, leads, and analytics programmatically.

CRM integrations
Use webhooks to push leads directly into your CRM. Popular integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zapier.
