Use the Playground to test your chatbot before publishing it to real visitors.
Playground testing
The Playground is a private chat interface where you can test your chatbot exactly as a visitor would experience it. No visitor data is used or affected during testing.
- →Open the Playground tab in your chatbot
- →Ask real questions visitors would ask
- →Check that answers are accurate and relevant
- →Test edge cases and out-of-scope questions
- →Verify fallback behavior works correctly
What to test
Before publishing, test the most common visitor jobs your chatbot should handle.
- →Core service or product questions
- →Pricing and availability questions
- →How to contact or get started
- →Questions your site doesn't cover (fallback)
- →Lead capture flow if enabled
Publishing
When you're satisfied with the Playground results, publish the chatbot from the Widget tab. Publishing makes the widget available for embedding on your website.
💡Publishing does not automatically make the chatbot visible to visitors — you still need to add the embed script to your website.
