Contacts

Every visitor who shared their details — name, email, phone — collected automatically from your chatbot's conversations, searchable and exportable as CSV.

What the Contacts tab shows

Open a chatbot → Contacts to see every lead it captured. Each row shows whatever the visitor shared and links back to the conversation it came from.

  • Name, email, and phone (whatever was provided)
  • Capture date and source chatbot
  • Click a contact to open its full conversation

How contacts are captured

A contact is created automatically whenever a visitor shares their email or phone during a chat — through the lead-capture prompt, when booking an appointment, or when the assistant asks for a way to follow up (for example after a question it couldn't fully answer). No manual entry is needed.

Search

Use the search box to find a contact by name, email, or phone. The list is ordered newest-first.

Export to CSV

Click 'Export CSV' to download the chatbot's contacts — ready to import into your CRM or email tool. The file includes name, email, phone, source, and capture date.

💡Team members see and export the contacts in the owner's workspace, scoped to their role.
