An overview of the AskGPT dashboard — your home for chatbots, analytics, leads, and settings.
Dashboard overview
After logging in you land on the dashboard. It shows your chatbots, usage summary, credit balance, and quick-access actions.
- →All your chatbots with status (Training / Ready / Paused)
- →Credit balance and usage bar
- →'New chatbot' button to start building
- →Navigation to Conversations, Analytics, Billing, Settings
Chatbot cards
Each chatbot card shows its name, status, trained page count, total conversations, and captured leads. Click any card to open that chatbot's detail view.
- →Status badge — Training, Ready, or Paused
- →Page count — number of indexed content chunks
- →Conversations and leads count
- →Quick link to Playground and Embed
Credit bar
The credit bar at the top of the dashboard shows your remaining credits for the billing period. Credits are consumed by AI replies (1 each), crawl jobs (10 each), and embedding operations (1 per chunk).
💡Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle. You can top up credits anytime from the Billing page.
