Generate FAQ drafts from your knowledge base, edit them, and promote them into training so the assistant uses them when answering.
Generating FAQs
On a chatbot's FAQs tab, click 'Generate FAQs' to create draft question/answer pairs from your indexed knowledge base. Drafts are editable and not used by the assistant until you promote them.
๐กThe chatbot must be trained first โ generation reads from the indexed content.
Add and edit
Add FAQs manually, or edit any generated draft's question and answer inline. Delete the ones you don't want.
Promote to training
Click 'Promote to training' to embed a FAQ into the chatbot's knowledge so it is retrieved during chat exactly like crawled content. Promoted FAQs show an 'In training' badge.
- โEditing a promoted FAQ re-embeds it automatically
- โ'Remove from training' takes it back out of retrieval
- โDeleting a promoted FAQ also removes it from the knowledge base
