Widget not appearing
If the chat widget doesn't show on your website, check these common causes:
- →Embed script is not added to the page
- →Bot ID in the script doesn't match your chatbot
- →The chatbot is not published (check Widget tab)
- →The page domain is not in your allowed domains list
- →Browser extension or ad-blocker is hiding the widget
Wrong or inaccurate answers
If the chatbot gives incorrect answers:
- →Retrain the chatbot — content may be outdated
- →Add manual Q&A pairs for specific questions
- →Check if the relevant pages were crawled (Train tab)
- →Increase the page crawl limit if content is missing
Credits running out too fast
If credits are depleting faster than expected:
- →Check Analytics for unusual traffic patterns
- →Verify the chatbot is not embedded on high-traffic test pages
- →Purchase a credit top-up from the Billing page
- →Upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance
Build stuck on 'Training'
If the chatbot build doesn't complete:
- →Wait up to 15 minutes for large websites
- →Check that the website URL is accessible (not password-protected)
- →Try triggering a retrain from the Train tab
- →Contact support if the issue persists after 30 minutes
